Utilising GPS technology, SPOT Gen4 automatically sends the user’s location to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) every 10 minutes. When a Red Alert is triggered, ARC operatives can swiftly access this information to provide necessary assistance.

Upon a lone worker’s approach or entry into a monitored area, Safe Beacon alerts the worker and their line manager. This system enables managers to send crucial safety messages or PPE instructions. Additionally, lone workers can raise an alert via the Lone Worker App within high-risk or restricted areas, ensuring quick location and prompt assistance.
