Advanced technology will streamline housing repairs, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction across all homes
LONDON, UK – Thursday 06 February 2025 – Totalmobile, a leading Field Service Management software provider, is proud to announce its collaboration with A2Dominion, one of London’s G15 housing associations, to deliver a transformative repairs management system across homes in southern England.
Working with, Manifest Software Solutions, a systems integration partner, this initiative will set a new standard for how repairs are managed across 38,000 homes and will significantly improve residents’ living experience while benefiting operational teams.
Launching in Summer 2025, the new system will consolidate repair requests into a single, integrated platform, replacing the existing multi-platform approach, delivering:
