Implementation of a customer-focused, digital solution to allow East Renfrewshire to deliver improved care and manage resources more effectively for over 7500 visits per week

 

BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 6th October 2022Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has announced they will work with East Renfrewshire Council to modernise the service that plans, schedules and carries out personal care to around 600 service users.

The Care at Home Service, delivered by Partnership, operates seven days a week to help people to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. The new solution will be rolled out across the entirety of East Renfrewshire by the end of the year.
