Totalmobile’s Connect and Mobilise solutions will be deployed across Gloucester City Homes to streamline repairs and provide real-time insights into projects.
BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 24th May 2023 – Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has been selected by Gloucester City Homes to streamline its housing repairs and provide total visibility on projects across 4,500 homes.
Totalmobile will provide 50 licences for its Connect and Mobilise solutions which will be rolled out across Gloucester City Homes’ backend staff and engineering teams in the field. Mobilise will be utilised by the internal repairs force to capture intelligent data as the repairs take place, replacing the legacy systems that don’t integrate well with other solutions and don’t deliver a good enough customer experience.
Gloucester City Homes have adopted Totalmobile’s technology at a critical point in its digital transformation journey. In addition to streamlining the housing repairs through the Connect and Mobilise software, as part of the organisation’s cloud-first approach. Through Totalmobile’s technology, Gloucester City Homes will be able to deliver a more modern customer experience while gaining the ability to retrieve and report live data for critical services and projects. With the data recorded on-site, call handlers can create and review appointments and manage the services efficiently through a single dashboard. Simultaneously, engineers will be able to observe the status of projects on their own devices, record information and report back.
Phase one of development will involve integrating Totalmobile’s software into Gloucester City Homes’ CRM, asset management, finance and document management platforms. Preliminary plans for phase two will primarily focus on developing a contractor portal.
Paul Haines, Director of Digital, Data and Change at Gloucester City Homes, said:
"At Gloucester City Homes, our priority is always with our customers and Totalmobile's software allows us to provide a more streamlined and convenient experience when it comes to the reporting and handling of repairs. Prior to signing, we were looking for a provider who could deliver the best balance of functionality, cost, and future-proofing technology, while also matching our company ethos. We came across Totalmobile on the G-Cloud framework and were already aware of their great reputation in the industry. It became evident quickly that this would be an ideal match. For us, it was important that we partnered with an organisation that prioritised a positive working relationship and continued product development. We found that in Totalmobile"
– Paul Haines, Director of Digital, Data and Change at Gloucester City Homes
"As those in the housing industry are all too aware, there has been increasing pressure in recent months for providers to do more with less, while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience. It's no easy task, but at Totalmobile we're committed to providing our customers with the right technology to allow them carry out their work efficiently, cost-effectively and all while improving end-user satisfaction. We are delighted to have been chosen by Gloucester City Homes and look forward to working closely with their team to improve repairs and maintenance".
